What does a wine sound like?

Aural is emotion. The natural sounds of the surroundings of our vineyards directly influence the grape, just as music inspires our emotions. We are a winery that believes in a small, artisanal and free form of production. At Aural we are collectors of special grapes, from vineyards in areas of lost value that we want to revive.
