The message that we perceive through the sense of hearing is, a priori, the one with the least value in the world of wine. But nothing could be further from the truth. Sound, both in its physical and emotional spheres, is involved in the entire wine process.
In the field, the vibrations caused by the ultrasonic frequencies of the environment influence the plant, creating internal bubbles in the cavitation process. In the production phase, this ultrasound technique shortens the maceration times of red wines. And in the tasting, the sound or the absence of it, totally intervenes in the perception and emotion that is captured by the consumer.
